Honest before helpful
If a scope is wrong, a deadline is impossible or a technology is a bad idea for your client, we say so in the first email — not in month three.
About us
Incybertech is not a body shop that opened last year to sell offshore hours. It is one entrepreneur’s business, built in 1999, that has run web hosting, registered .IN domains and operated its own server farm in the United States.
The founder
Entrepreneur, New Delhi. Working on the commercial web since 1999.
I started this business in 1999, in web hosting. That is where the discipline came from: when you host other people’s websites, uptime is not a slide in a deck — it is a phone call at two in the morning, and the customer is right to make it.
From hosting the business grew into domains. Incybertech became a registrar of .IN domains in India, which meant working inside the rules and the accountability that come with running domain infrastructure for other people. For more than a decade we also operated our own server farm in the United States — real hardware, real bandwidth bills, real responsibility for other companies’ businesses sitting on our machines.
Along the way we started building the applications that ran on all that infrastructure. Marketplaces, directories, news platforms, CRMs, booking and menu systems — thirteen of them are live today under our own domains, and you can open every one of them in a browser. They are not case-study screenshots. They are products we own, run, fix and pay for.
What we are looking for now is straightforward: a long-term association with companies in the United States that want to outsource to an ethical partner — one that will work as a ghost for them, completely white label. You keep the client relationship and the credit. We do the work and stay out of the frame.
We are honest about what we can and cannot do, we quote what a job actually costs, and we would rather tell you a date is unrealistic than miss it. After twenty-six years, that is the only way we know how to keep partners.
What we stand for
Three commitments that have not changed since 1999 — and will not change for a bigger contract.
If a scope is wrong, a deadline is impossible or a technology is a bad idea for your client, we say so in the first email — not in month three.
We ghost for you. No credits, no portfolio entries, no logo in a footer, no contact with your client unless you introduce us yourself.
We are looking for multi-year associations, not one-off gigs. The partners who have stayed longest are the ones who never had to explain us to their clients.
Tell us about your agency and the kind of work you would hand over. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
